You will work with product development engineers on manufacturability and costing issues. You will implement manufacturing procedures, and identify equipment needs to move new products into production. You will analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. You will take a leading role in LEAN events. Requirements include a BSME / BSIE and 1+ years experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment. Your background should demonstrate your experience with tooling and machine design and exposure to CNC machining. The position is located in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton), within commuting distance of Western NJ, the Pocono area and nearby Bucks, Berks and Montgomery counties.
