Our client who operates in over 200 countries and has aver 2800 products seeks a Maintenance Manager to play a key role in thier Lehigh Valley operation. - Responsibilities will be for continuous process improvement and efficiency. Manage and develops maintenance team leaders and technicians. Develops and manages the plant maintenance departments plan, budget and activities. - Develop and/or maintain an effective preventive maintenance program (including repair, modification and installation of equipment) in order to improve production efficiency and ensure optimum machine time availability. - This is a highly automated facility. Robotics, PLC's. Continuous production, 7/24. - Knowledge of equipment installation requirements (e.g., electrical power, water, drain, airflow, space requirements). - Knowledge of analytical engineering tools including critical path problem solving and root cause analysis.
